Job Description
– Participate in Training Programs development
• Supervise planned content development with instructors
• Moderates workshops
• Conducts Soft Skills Trainings
• Evaluates training success
• Ensure outcomes are delivered
• Develops medical content (English/Arabic)
• Literature research and consolidation according to evidence-based methods.
Criteria:
• Work experience: 3 to 7 years
• Medical Background
• Clinical pharmacy or Management degrees as MBA is a plus
• Enjoys mentally challenging projects
• Fast paced and can handle several projects
• Good use of MS office (word and PowerPoint)
• Fluent English and Arabic (oral and written)
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong Presentation and Training Skills
• Positive attitude and team player
